Do your children frequently experience difficulties with balance and unintentional falls. Do they show preference for being carried instead of walking independently? Do they frequently complain about foot pain?
These symptoms may be associated with scoliosis and flat feet.
In this workshop, led by UMP ProCare physiotherapists, parents and children will engage in exercises together. Participating in this workshop offers the opportunity not only to strengthen the parent-child relationship, but also to enhance poor posture.
Parents will also learn how to identify spinal and flat feet issues in their children in early stage, and enable them to take appropriate measures.
Children who attend the workshop will receive stretching bands as a gift and purchase corrective insoles at a discounted price. Additionally, they will have a chance to undergo free basic spinal checking for kids(worth HK$820)(Examine by UMP ProCare physiotherapists) .
