Terms and conditions
- Limited seats are available and on first-come-first-served basis.
- New World CLUB members shall register on or before 27 April 2017. The registration details shall be based on the New World CLUB's system records and information.
- Each eligible member is welcome to bring along with 1 guest who aged 5 or above.
- Confirmation email will be sent to the successful registered members on or before 29 April 2017. Confirmation email shall be presented for admission on the event date, and the QR code shown at the confirmation email could only be scanned once. New World Loyalty Programme Ltd (NWLP) and New World CLUB reserve the rights to refrain any ineligible persons from joining the event.
- NWLP and New World CLUB own the intellectual property rights in the photographs, video or audio taken at the event and may use the same in its publicity materials. Members enrolling for the event are deemed to have consented to this term. If a member does not consent to this term, such member shall not enroll for the event.
- In case of any dispute, NWLP and New World CLUB reserve the right to amend terms & conditions without prior notice and make final decision.
- NWLP and New World CLUB are neither the vendor nor the service provider in connection with the offer and shall not be liable for the quality of the product and service provided by the vendor.
- In case of adverse weather, this event will be cancelled. Prior notice will be made to successful registered members.
