Terms and conditions

This private tour is valid from 1 January 2022 onwards.
Quota of each private tour is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis.
Each DIAMOND member is eligible to bring a maximum of 5 guests (including kids) to join the private tour.
Advance reservation is required. Interested DIAMOND members shall contact New World CLUB via email at enquiry@newworldclub.com.hk for reservation. Upon verification, the collected information will be passed to Hong Kong Golf and Tennis Academy for tour arrangement if applicable.
New World Loyalty Programme (NWLP), New World CLUB and Hong Kong Golf & Tennis Academy (if applicable) own the intellectual property rights in the photographs, video or audio taken at the event and may use the same in its publicity materials. Members enrolling for the private tour are deemed to have consented to this term. If a member does not consent to this term, such member shall not enroll for the private tour.
NWLP and New World CLUB reserve the rights to amend terms & conditions without prior notice.
NWLP and New World CLUB are neither the vendor nor the service provider in connection with this private tour and shall not be liable for the quality of the product and service provided by the vendor.
The private tour will be subject to change or cancel in case of adverse weather or other unforeseeable factors. The designated contact point from Hong Kong Golf & Tennis Golf Academy will confirm the arrangement with the successfully registered members.
In case of any disputes, the decision of Hong Kong Golf & Tennis Academy shall be final.
