Terms and conditions
- Places are limited and are available on first-come-first-served basis. Eligible member shall register the event on or before 14 June 2020. The registration details shall be based on the New World CLUB’s system records and information.
- Please indicate 2 preferred time slots during registration. Each session lasts for around 1 hour.
- Each eligible member is welcome to bring along maximum 2 guests (aged 18 or above) to join the event.
- Confirmation email will be sent to the successfully registered members on or before 15 June 2020. Confirmation email shall be presented for admission on the event date and the QR code shown at the confirmation email could only be scanned once. New World Loyalty Programme Ltd (NWLP) and New World CLUB reserve the rights to refrain any ineligible persons from joining the event.
- NWLP and New World CLUB own the intellectual property rights in photographs, video or audio taken at the event and may use the same in its publicity materials. Member enrolling for the event are deemed to have consented to this term. If a member does not consent to this term, such member shall not enroll for the event.
- In case of any disputes, NWLP and New World CLUB reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice and make final decision.
- In case of any unexpected social happenings on the event date, NWLP and New World CLUB reserve the right to cancel the event.
