Led by Janet, a forest therapy guide certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs. Participants engaged their senses — smell, hearing, and touch — to observe light, listen to the wind, and embrace nature’s healing energy.
A themed “Honey Lemon” ice cream was also offered, adding a sweet touch to this multi-sensory journey.
