Terms and conditions

The Parking Offer is valid from 1 July 2026 till 30 June 2027 (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) for private cars at 83 King Lam Street, Cheung Sha Wan.
The Parking Offer is valid for New World CLUB DIAMOND / VIVA members (“Eligible Members”) only.
Eligible Members shall present a valid New World CLUB physical membership card or digital membership card via Artisanal Living App at the Concierge on 1/F, Tower A office lobby before payment to register and enjoy the offer.
DIAMOND members are entitled to enjoy 2-hour free parking with a minimum parking of 4 hours or 1-hour free parking with a minimum parking of 2 hours.
VIVA members are entitled to enjoy 1-hour free parking with a minimum parking of 2 hours.
The Parking Offer is calculated on a per-entry, per-day basis and is not cumulative. Any parking duration that does not meet or exceeds the offer period shall be charged at the prevailing standard parking rates.
The Parking Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or other gifts.
Members who enjoy the Parking Offer shall strictly comply with all the other terms and conditions relating to 83 King Lam Street Car Park as adopted and/or changed from time to time.
New World Tower Company Limited and New World Loyalty Programme Limited reserve the right to amend terms & conditions without prior notice.
In case of any disputes, New World Tower Company Limited and New World Loyalty Programme Limited reserve the right of final decision.
NWLP and New World CLUB are neither the vendor nor the service provider in connection with this offer and shall not be liable for the quality of the product and service provided by the vendor.
