  • Full payment is required within 48 hours upon order confirmation. No refunds will be made once the order is confirmed.
  • No refund will be made should a guest be unable to collect the mooncakes within the redemption period.
  • Rosewood Hong Kong reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any dispute.
