Starting 17 September, The Magic Table will debut at The Residence, led by the renowned duo Thommy Ten and Amélie van Tass—The Clairvoyants, stars of America's Got Talent. Thommy discovered magic at age 10 and became the Austrian National Champion by 13. Amélie, a trained dancer, joined forces with Thommy and rose to fame, becoming the world's leading female magician and the first world champion in mental magic.

The Magic Table offers an innovative experience that blends magic with personal engagement, allowing guests to feel intimately connected to the performance. By transforming the table into a storyteller, it turns dishes into narratives that involve attendees as active participants. The incorporation of 3D projections and interactive elements adds dynamic twists to the evening, enhancing the emotional connection between guests and the magic. This unique dining adventure also serves as a tribute to the great magicians who have inspired them, presenting a novel way to experience both culinary artistry and magic through an exclusive 5-course menu that unfolds like a captivating story.

The exquisite THE GRAND ILLUSION MENU, available at HK$1,850 per person, features a luxurious 5-course dining experience that stimulates both your palate and imagination. Begin with the tender Beef Tartare, complemented by a velvety Foie Gras with Port Wine Gel and Black Truffle. Next, be enchanted by a smooth Butternut Pumpkin elevated with premium Oscietra caviar and airy potato foam. The culinary magic continues with Beef Tenderloin and Lobster, delicately prepared to preserve their succulent texture and natural sweetness, accompanied by citrus beurre blanc and truffle potato purée. Conclude the magical journey with Chocolate Sphere with Poached Peach—a memorable finale to this extraordinary dining experience.

THE WIZARD'S ESSENTIALS MENU, priced at HK$1,550 per person, offers a refined dining experience at a more accessible price point. Instead of Oscietra caviar, the Butternut Pumpkin in this menu comes with olive oil pearls to richen the course. For the main course, guests will savor the exquisite Beef Sirloin and Tiger Prawn.

For our vegetarian guests, we are excited to offer THE ENCHANTED GARDEN – VEGETARIAN MENU, available at HK$1,550 per person. This menu features Beetroot Tartare instead of Beef Tartare, and Forest Mushroom as a delicious alternative to Foie Gras. The main course showcases Baked Celerias, adding a unique twist to this magical culinary journey. Children are also welcome with the YOUNG MAGICIAN'S FEAST MENU at HK$750 per child (aged 6 to 12). Available from now until 30 September, guests are invited to indulge in a seasonal buffet experience featuring over ten nostalgic Hong Kong-style dishes reimagined with a creative twist, alongside inventive creations infused with Coca-Cola. Ideal for family gatherings and reunions, this exclusive offering showcases the season's most memorable "Foodmarks"—flavors that bring people together.

Inspired by Sha Tin's beloved cooked food centers, the culinary team reimagines classic stir-fries and local favorites using premium ingredients and Coca-Cola's signature caramel notes. The result strikes a perfect balance between surprise and familiarity—a comforting collection of flavors that blend tradition with innovation, ideal for sharing with your closest companions.

Seafood takes center stage with sustainably sourced tiger prawns presented in two flavorful variations: Pan-fried with soy sauce for a savory, tender bite, and Wok-fried with chili, garlic, spring onion (Typhoon Shelter style) for bold, crispy spice. Another highlight is the Wok-fried Clams with preserved soybean, bell pepper and chili, packed with heat and briny richness. Guests can also enjoy rotating hot mains including Crispy salt and pepper squid, Crispy capelin with shichimi powder, Deep-fried pork ribs with garlic crust, Stir-fried beef tenderloin in sweet and sour sauce, and Stir-fried Chinese chive flowers, squid and dried shrimps with XO Sauce. In partnership with the Okinawa Prefectural Government, the restaurant offers an exclusive seven-course "Taste of Okinawa" kaiseki dinner menu, allowing guests to indulge in the most vibrant and authentic flavors of this distinctive Japanese region.

This limited-time menu showcases seasonal bounty and ocean treasures flown in from Japan's southernmost islands, featuring akamachi (red snapper), prawns, rakkyo (Okinawan shallots), sea moss, shima bean curd, sea grapes, and purple sweet potatoes. Each dish pays tribute to the islands' food culture, presenting nature's finest gifts through the refined artistry of kaiseki cuisine.

The experience begins with a refreshing welcome drink featuring Okinawa lime, setting the tone for a feast that celebrates the island's diverse ingredients. Dinner opens with a trio of appetisers: Steamed Abalone with Okra; Pumpkin Bean Curd topped with Zuwai Crabmeat and Salmon Roe; and Okinawa Sea Moss in Vinegar Sauce. These starters are followed by a selection of premium sashimi—delicate fatty tuna, Okinawa akamachi and squid.

The culinary journey continues with sumptuous hot dishes featuring Okinawa Black Sugar-stewed Pork and Sautéed Wagyu with Garlic Sauce, complemented by Grilled Okinawa Shima Bean Curd with Miso Paste. The experience is elevated with a trio of expertly deep-fried specialities: Okinawa Prawn Tempura, Sea Moss Vegetable Cake, and Okinawa Rakkyo.

Bringing balance to the robust flavors that precede it, a light and refreshing noodle dish is served with Okinawa Sea Grapes, Onsen Egg, and Dried Bean Curd Skin.
