  4. 2 Bedroom Residence Lease offer cannot be used in conjunction with KLUB11 membership discount unless specified.
  5. K11 ARTUS reserves the right to amend the above conditions from time to time. Any disputes will be resolved and decided upon solely by K11 ARTUS, which the decision will be final.
  6. The T&Cs are in English and Chinese, however, in the instance of any conflict between the translations, the English language shall prevail.

Replete with sweeping views of Victoria Harbour or Kowloon, exquisite dining and state-of-the-art fitness and relaxation facilities, this extended vacation package strikes the perfect balance between indulgence and wellbeing.

  • 35% off Best Available Rate for 14-night consecutive stays in our Two-Bedroom or Three-Bedroom residence

  • "Linger Longer" is valid to book from now to 25 June 2022 for 14-night consecutive stays from now to 30 June 2022.

  1. Rates are subject to 10% service charge.
  2. Offer is subject to availability and booking must be made at least 5 days in advance.
  3. Full duration of rental plus 10% service charge is payable in advance by credit card upon reservation and is non-cancellable. Amendment to reservations is not allowed upon confirmation.
  4. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, group bookings and cannot be used in conjunction with KLUB11 membership discount.
  5. Package inclusions cannot be exchanged for cash or for other consumption or services.
  6. A 24-hour advance reservation is required for one-way limousine service, subject to availability.
  7. Discounts for laundry services are applicable throughout the period of stay.
  8. Exclusive Reward is offered once per booking.
  9. Exclusive Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion code and cannot be used to offset expenses at K11 ARTUS for the current stay.
  10. Guests are required to present their registered KLUB 11 membership number upon check-in to enjoy the credits. New registration upon check-in is welcomed.
