Take a break from reality and find yourself in a peaceful forest scene during lunch, gaze at floral views that make the picture-perfect backdrop for a delicate afternoon tea set or sit back and gaze at stunning nighttime vistas of Hong Kong whilst enjoying upscale tapas and cocktails, accompanied by lively music.
The menu offers elevated Mediterranean-style tapas with a distinctly Southeast Asian twist. Savour dishes such as the chef curated Whole Lobster Paella, or sumptuous Abalone Shiso Sea Urchin Pasta and flavourful 63-Degree Poached Japanese Egg with Shaved Truffle and Iberico Ham.
To complete the experience, sip on a delicious Sangria of seasonal fruits mixed with Spanish red wine, white wine, Moscato and premium rum, or opt for creative hand-crafted cocktails such as the persimmon liqueur-infused The Wasagin or the smoky bourbon-based nightcap, Jamón Rock.
G Room’s exceptional tasting lunch menu is available at HK$268 per person and offers six courses of the restaurant’s signature creations, including 36 Months Iberico Ham and Tricolor Tomatoes Crystal Bread, jet-fresh Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio, the signature Mixed Seafood Paella with Spanish Ham or the Lobster Laksa and more delights. Guests can opt to add a white or red Sangria for additional HK$38 per glass.
