K11 MUSEA’s art and culinary hub COBO HOUSE is celebrating its very first anniversary by bringing the beautiful world of Asian and Italian cuisine together in a unique and exclusive menu this season.
Available from now until 30 September 2021, the special Italian x Asian First Anniversary menu is curated by Duo Chef Ray and Devon for three exceptional gourmet tasting options: Silhouette Experience (four courses), Abstract Experience (six courses) and Full Experience (eight courses).
Menu highlights include the thin, crisp and Sardinia-inspired Ossetra Caviar and Figs Pane Carasau coated with buttery Italian pesto mascarpone, vibrantly verdant Japanese Snow Crab stuffed Squid Ink Raviolo in Romaine Velouté, and an intriguing Hong Kong-style lemon tea infused Baba al limoncello with tangy lemon custard, vanilla jelly and homemade Burrata ice cream.
COBO HOUSE also presents a limited “Duo x Duo 8-Hand Italian Menu” with Chef Alessandro Angelini and Chef Luca De Berardinis from LucAle. Four chefs will prepare eight courses for an enchanting experience, only available for three days from 24 to 26 September.
