    Terms & Conditions:


    1. Above offers for THANN SPA treatment and shopping privileges (collectively “Offers”) are valid from 1 October to 31 October 2021 at THANN Sanctuary (K11 MUSEA) and THANN Sanctuary (Art Piece) (“THANN”). Selected members (“Members”) of New World CLUB (“NWC”) must present his / her NWC membership card (physical membership card or e-membership card on The Artisanal Living App) to enjoy the offers.
    2. Each member can enjoy the THANN SPA treatment offer once only. Quota is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis, Members have to make reservations with THANN and confirm the availability in advance. A HK$300 deposit is required and is non-refundable. Upon the confirmation of treatment and receipt of deposit, the treatment has to take place at the designated spa centre of THANN.
    3. If Members require booking changes, it must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the treatment. The deposit will not be refunded and the treatment cannot be rescheduled in case of absence / cancellation within 24 hours prior to the treatment.
    4. Members are advised to follow below instructions for optimising the treatment experience. • Please avoid having a heavy meal within one hour prior to treatment. • Please arrive 15 minutes in advance to unwind before treatment and for a proper consultation. • Please be sure to inform the Spa Therapist if you are pregnant, experiencing high blood pressure, heart ailments or any other condition that may be contraindicated for heart therapies, massage or skincare.
    5. Treatment time will be begin once Members are greeted by the Spa Therapist, also including the time of getting changed / shower and foot scrub. In the case of late arrival, treatment time may be shortened.
    6. All Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other in store promotional offers at THANN.
    7. For THANN online shopping offer, free delivery is available upon purchase of net HK$500. All transactions are non-refundable.
    8. Purchased goods will be delivered within 7 business days (Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm) once the order payment is confirmed. Signature is required upon receipt. No delivery service is available on Sunday and Public Holiday.
    9. If Members receive the purchased goods that are not in good condition, damaged, or having any missing parts, he / she can notify THANN via onlinestore@thann.com.hk within 7days. The customer service representative from THANN will review the order accordingly and provide complimentary delivery at THANN’s costs if the mistakes are proven and made by THANN (not including any damages of the parcel caused by delivery).
    10. NWC is not a provider of, and hence shall not be responsible or held liable for, the Offer and the products and/or services pertaining thereto, whether in relation to the safety, quality, quantity, performance and/or reliability of the same or whatsoever, which shall be governed by the relevant terms and conditions of THANN. NWC makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, in respect of the Offer or any part thereof including its implementation and use. All liability, expressed or implied by statute or otherwise, if any, on the part of NWC, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. NWC Members shall contact and resolve all differences or disputes (if any) in relation to the Offer with THANN directly and independently.
    11. NWC and THANN (WLS Limited) reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    12. NWC and THANN (WLS Limited) reserve the right of final decisions in case of disputes.
    13. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
