The Cleanse programme is the ideal choice if you are looking for an effective tailored experience of wellness and relaxation. Cleanse’s tailored programme of daily scheduled activities is designed to target underlying blockages and triggers to give you a noticeable increase in energy and vibrancy. Clear headed and refreshed you are better prepared to overcome life’s daily challenges.


You can choose from a 1, 3 or 5 days programme or with an overnight stay at our Asaya Lodges.
