Someone says, visiting museum is the effective way to understand the historical background of a city or a country. M+ Hong Kong

M+ Hong Kong, a world-class facility to house Hong Kong's future museum for visual culture, is scheduled for completion in 2019. This museum, locating at West Kowloon Cultural District of Hong Kong, will collectively showcase the artists’ masterpieces from Hong Kong, the Mainland and other Asian countries on Visual Art, Design, Architecture and Moving Images of 20th and 21st century.

Tank Shanghai

TANK Shanghai, founded by a renowned contemporary art collector called Zhibing, is a multi-functional cultural hub combining Exhibition Halls, Greenery Park, Public Area, Bookstore, Education Centre and Restaurants. This gigantic project spans over 60,000 square meters and target to be opened in March 2019.

Powerlong Art Museum, Shanghai

Powerlong Art Museum, Shanghai is another museum you can’t miss. Opened in late 2017, Powerlong Art Museum, Shanghai is a well-equipped complex for exhibitions, researches, art education and promotions etc. With this regards, it is certified as professional museums with international exposure in the industry.

K11 Musea, Hong Kong

K11 MUSEA–the latest and most prestigious addition to K11's burgeoning museum-retail portfolio–is located at the heart of the Victoria Dockside, a broader development by New World Development, that includes cultural, commercial, residential, hotel and family spaces, and art and design programmes. The project involves leading architects as well as over 100 local and international designers and artists.

The 10-storey K11 MUSEA will house an extensive selection of international brands –many of which will be flagships–and is the crown jewel of K11's museum-retail concept, curated to offer visitors the best-in-class immersive retail experience.

Centre Pompidou Shanghai

The Centre Pompidou Shanghai (West Bund) will be soon opened in Spring 2019. Designed by a British architecture, David Chipperfield, this art centre, with the consent Centre Pompidou Paris, will showcase the renowned collectibles of Modern and Contemporary Art. Meanwhile, artists from the Mainland are also welcome to organize exhibitions and networking activities at Centre Pompidou Paris, the mother ship in Paris.

Louvre Abu Dhabi

Louvre Abu Dhabi has emerged as a major tourist attraction at the Emirate since its opening in the end of 2017. The masterpieces from all over the world have been showcased in order, and the unique features of Eastern Art and Western Art have been explicitly presented.

Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara (“Museum MACAN”), Jakarta

Upon its opening in Jakarta, Museum MACAN has become the first giant museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in the city. Museum MACAN’s mission is to enhance the public awareness on the fascinating art pieces in Modern and Contemporary Art creating by artists from Indonesian and the rest of the world. In addition, this museum also serves as a platform for local and international artists for networking and exhibiting their masterpieces.

National Museum of Qatar, Doha

National Museum of Qatar, Doha is like a blooming flower at the desert. To be opened in March 2019, visitors can get a thorough understanding of Qatar’s history, from the city formation of ancient and early ages, to the modernization of Qatar’s community. The exhibits, blending with historical and modern essence, are hooking up fast-pace modern living with history.

Bangkok Arts and Culture Centre (BACC)

Bangkok Arts and Culture Centre (BACC) was one of the major venues of Inaugural Bangkok Art Biennale last year. In Thailand, BACC is a pioneer to promote local artists and explore the diversity of Contemporary Art outside the territory.

Museum of Contemporary Art Yinchuan

The Museum of Contemporary Art Yinchuan (MOCA Yinchuan) has a construction area of 15,000 square meters. It is the largest single contemporary art museum in Northwest China. The design of MOCA Yinchuan is inspired by the rocky folds texture of the Yellow River's rich geological changes. MOCA Yinchuan is striving to create a diversified contemporary cultural display window and a learning platform for perspective globalization. While bringing changes to the urban cultural landscape and providing a window of communication with the world art, MOCA Yinchuan has become a place for cultural exchanges, a source of creativity and imagination, and an inclusive and harmonious school.
