Le Corden Bleu arrives in Hong Kong at K11 MUSEA for the first time!
In November, New World CLUB has invited fellow members to a Patisserie Class at K11 MUSEA instructed by Mr. OLIVIER PAREDES, Chef from Le Cordon Bleu to re-create the famous French dessert, Cake Roll Red Fruit. Each member has received a Certificate awarded from Le Cordon Bleu and A. Gastronomy Lab upon completing the course!
