COBO HOUSE x BoConcept x Queenie Rosita Law
Creates a cozy dining room embodying art and culture

Located at South Lane in the Western District, COBO HOUSE is promoting Bohemian food culture with a view to serving customers with a variety of gourmet dishes and special artistic encounters.

From 8 September to 31 October, COBO HOUSE will be collaborating with BoConcept, a Danish furniture company, and Queenie Rosita Law, a famous artist and founder of Production Q, to bring together lifestyle creations that embody art and culture.

Believing that a cultured lifestyle is perceivable by all, the restaurant has created a platform on which designers and artists can showcase their talents. A particular dining room is furnished with BoConcept’s popular furniture items and an art piece designed by Queenie Rosita Law. Customers are able to taste the exquisite food and experience this special dining setting with inspirations of art at the same time.

In tune with this special collaboration, COBO HOUSE presents two new Danish snacks and two limited-edition themed drinks

Smørrebrød (Herring Fillet with Spinach Sandwich)

The sandwich is made with dark rye bread flavored with Danish-style pickled herring, turkey breast, spinach mayo, onion and cress affilla, giving you a special multi-level texture.

Æble Kanelstang (Apple Cinnamon Danish)

A traditional Danish dessert with a cinnamon twist baked with green apple dice, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar and raisin. The twist is crispy and delicious. This specially designed 13-inch-long cinnamon Danish is much longer and more eye-catching than a traditional one, making it Instagram-worthy.

Mocktail, Tivoli Garden

Named after an amusement park and pleasure garden in Copenhagen, Tivoli Garden is a coffee themed mocktail with coffee and jam as the major ingredients resembling the image of a blissful breakfast. A shot of cold brew coffee mixed with Gooseberry jam, bergamot, rose syrup and soda provides customers with a refreshing taste of coffee and fruitiness.

Cocktail, Nordic Sun

Aquavit, a distilled spirit mostly produced in Scandinavia since the 15th century, is used as the base of the cocktail. This grain spirit is mainly flavoured with a variety of herbs and spices to offer a special taste. Nordic Sun uses Dill and Pickle, a Classic Scandinavian cuisine combo, as the main ingredients of the cocktail, and a popular Nordic additive, Elerflower, is also applied to produce a Scandinavian flavour.
