A brewery in Netherlands has come up with a cutting-edge innovation to produce rainwater beer stemmed from the high amount of rainfall in Amsterdam. How do they collect the rainwater? Special tanks are installed on the rooftops, the rainwater would then undergo a process of bacterial filtration and boiling prior to sanitary brewing process. This “Heaven’s water” is not only about a distinctive taste, but truly inspires us to tackle the problem of heavy rainfall with a creative solution.
