Designed by British Chinese designer Elaine Yan Ling Ng, the crystal fabric kinetic installation with unconventional fiber, Sundew is a spotlight for Art Central this year.


The creation of Sundew comes from the inspiration of nature and Sundew is a carnivorous plant that attracts its prey with scent and reflected light. With Elaine’s unique design approach, the dazzling installation has combined encompassing textiles, electronics, biomimicry and interiors. Filled with approximately 20 million crystals, this 316m interactive presentation will lure you with mesmerizing displays of lights, scent and movement.
