Birthday delight
- DIAMOND members shall redeem their birthday gifts via Artisanal Living app. Simply login the app starting from 1st of their birthday month before their birthday months and select their favorite birthday gifts
- The selected birthday gift QR code(s) will be ready at the app upon successful selection
- If members have not selected their birthday gifts within the above mentioned period, this will result in forfeiture of the eligibility to receive the birthday gift and no birthday gift will be offered

- Eligible member shall login the "Artisanal Living" app in his/her birthday month to select and enjoy the birthday privilege.
- Members who fail to select their birthday privilege during the designated period shall be deemed to have forfeited the privilege. The time of redeeming the privilege is subject to the system record of New World CLUB.
- All birthday privileges are subject to relevant terms & conditions. New World Loyalty Programme Limited (NWLP) and New World CLUB reserve the right to change the birthday privileges at any time. For updated privileges details, please refer to the information displayed at the app.
