- Eligible members shall register on or before 16 July 2017.
- Each eligible member is welcome to bring along 1 guest (aged 18 or above) to join the event.
- Confirmation email will be sent to the successful registered members on or before 17 July 2017. Confirmation email shall be presented for admission on the event date, and the QR code shown at the confirmation email could only be scanned once. New World Loyalty Programme Ltd (NWLP) and New World CLUB reserve the rights to refrain any ineligible persons from joining the event.

- NWLP and New World CLUB own the intellectual property rights in the photographs, video or audio taken at the event and may use the same in its publicity materials.
