1. Use C-clamp to hold the wooden workpiece on the table
2. Use spray adhesive to stick the paper pattern with the tortoiseshell board
3. Drill a hole in each lens area of the paper pattern
4. Use coping saw to cut out the lens area of the paper pattern
5. Use coping saw to cut out the rim of the paper pattern
6. Use spray adhesive to stick the temples of the paper pattern with the tortoiseshell board
7. Use needle rasp to refine the rim and the temples

8. Sand the rim and the temples and the semi-finished product is done. Then it will be passed to factory for grinding. The nose pads and end pieces will also be installed. It usually takes 2 weeks to finish the product.
