Tell us about your inspiration for floral art.
B: My creative inspiration comes from the beauty in everyday life. I like to travel for more enthralling ideas. For example, the idea of rainforest came across my mind when I visited tropical countries and I would then create some floral art with tropical themes.
What are the basic skills to create floral art?
B: First you have to decide a color for the theme, then you can mix and match with different flowers in same color tone. If you wish to create an eye-catching floral art, you could try some flowers in dark colors as centerpieces to match with flowers in bright colors or mix with some petals in clear outline.
In addition, I would suggest you to learn more about the blooming features of the flowers because each flower has a unique shape and you can make a dazzling floral art only if you well utilize the beautiful form of the flowers.
What are your future plans on floral art?
B: I wish to create more floral accessories which can integrate into our daily life.
